I have a 2018 245DC. I'm having issues with the helm seat made by Lippert. Can someone take a picture of the legal tag in the underside of the seat and send it to me. My Lippert tag is mostly torn away and I need the Lippert seat part number to help me get parts from TaylorMade.

I have a 2017 275 DC...I wonder if the seats are the same? I'll run out and grab a photo or two if that would be helpful.

I didn't see any Lippert tag on the helm seat, but what I have may help you, if for no other reason that it may eliminate something that ISN'T yours. Photos are attached, or will be once I can edit this message to add them.

Jerry, yours is a different seat, but thanks for posting (nice looking seat too). I looked through all my pictures and found one that shows the tags, but impossible to read. I know I can't get out there anytime soon, but if I do I'll snag a picture. All the other seats on the boat are Liebroc. I know as I had to get with them about damage on my aft seat. I don't know about the helm seat. You could also try calling Sailfish. They've helped us in the past with this type of issue and may be able to again.
Also, there are several members here with trailered 2018 245DCs (mine is dry stored) and they might be able to get you a picture of the tag if they didn't seal it for winter.

Love the kitchen set up Jerry. Is that a refrigerator under the grill?

Yes it is Todd. It keeps the burgers and, ah, bait nice and cool. Yea, that's it...the bait. Although I suppose it could work for beverages too. Truthfully, since I have a nearly infinite supply of free ice where I live the beverages are usually iced down in one of the draining insulated storage lockers.

Yes, Jerry your seat is different but beautiful. I talked to Arron at sailfish and said it wasn't a Lippert but a Lexington seat part number 807233. My legal tag clearly states it's a Lippert Taylor made doesn't support Lexington.

Brad - I have a 245 DC, won't be able to get to it until next week though, will be happy to send you a picture when I get aboard. What kind of problem are you having? Mine is a 2018, it wobbles a bit more than I'd like, but not enough to make me tear into it to figure out if it can be eliminated.

If you can get to it and send a picture of the legal label tag on the bottom , that would be great. Please see my partial below! There are 2 black plastic glides that I think have worn enough to cause the wobble as well as the powder coat flaked off so I disassembled the chair but ruined the "L" stickers on the sides that cover the screws to the armrests. I'm having the arms powder coated!

I spent some time with the picture I have of the tags and no matter what I try I only end up with something illegible. Hope someone uploads theirs. It would be weeks before I might get to the boat again. Take a pic if I get there.

Richard any chance you can read the part number that's on the tag? That's what tailor-made is looking for! I'll be traveling on the next week so if I don't get back to you quickly, Thats why!

I might be at my 2017 245 DC this weekend and can snap a picture.
Out of curiosity, what is the issue with your helm seat? I have an issue where the back will not stay upright with any type of pressure, fortunately I have the aft facing seat so the seat back rests against it but I have to slide the seat all the way aft. When driving long distances, it is a pain not to have the back support.

Mine is where the seat wobbles and the powder coating flaked off. I took it apart to have it blasted and powder coated and ruined the "L" stickers on the hole that covers the armrest support. I think the wobbling is the black plastic strips in the slide base appears to be worn.. I would appreciate anything you can do for pictures.
