I have the 2360 with new 200's that I re-powered with and I don't think my boat is over powered at all

Sweet, if I keep my 2360 I'll re power with 250's. Catch me later I'm gone.... There is no difference in weight between a 150 and new 200 there is a lot between a 250. The new 200 don't actual put out 200hp.If I hadn't got such a great deal on these motors I would have
put 150's on it.

I remember reading a post sometime ago between the 150s and the the 200s.The 200's were only putting out about 13 or 15 more horsepower more than the 150's. It was pretty minimal. So if you take into account the difference in price when buying new the 150s are probably a better choice as you said.

The 250's are approximately 87 lbs more weight than the 150's.

when I repowered I found mine with 40hrs on them and got a great deal so I jumped on them, otherwise I would have gone with 150's
