I’m on the verge of buying a 2014 sailfish 270. Had it surveyed and sea trial all of which were “better than average” according to surveyor. Boat is in amityville NY and name is “Bayquist”. Thought I might see if prior owner was on board or anyone knew of boat. Dealer has it now. Thanks

I called on that boat the other day, it looked really nice twin 200's,,,, 97 hrs. Is that your boat the sales guy told me it's sold. You scored a beautiful boat good luck and best wishes with your new toy. Do you fish out of NY ?
BTW I don't remember seeing that boat on this forum.

Yep that’s it. Been looking all summer and in fact bought 3 boats all of which failed the marine survey. This one passed with only minor issues. Nice surprise was that prior owner evidently bought extended warranty on engines so the are warranted thru 2022. Dealer evidently didn’t run engine serial numbers and didn’t know that or if they did didn’t mention it. Surveyor only had good things and said above average condition. Boat will fish out of southwest harbor on mount desert island maine
