Appears my relay switch went on my holding tank. Of course the marina hosing down my bag of manuals is coming back to bite me know. I have the manual but all pages are stuck together. Anyone have a copy of the page with part #'s for the Jabsco 38110 Waste Management System? Boat is a 2015. Looking for relay switch which I think is 38116-0000. Just trying to confirm as the part is over $300 and special order so don't want to be stuck with the wrong relay. Jabsco said there is an old and newer model. Pics below.
I would also like to know who designed putting this tank/system in thinking it would never fail and never need to be accessible. What a nightmare. going to have to cut tank up if ever want to get it out. Already had to cut the top panel covering it because it wouldn't come out of forward bilge compartment otherwise. Must have been put together before top piece of hull was attached. None of the access panels line up with any of the hosing/thru hulls if anything ever let go or need replacement. I can barely open close the overboard discharge through the access in floor of head.

I just replaced my macerator pump this week and also found this to be a pain in the ass. I had the cut the top access panel to get the the holding tank but I finally got it installed and is working now. What is your system doing, or not doing?

Everything seems to be working except when I push the pump out button on the panel in the head for 3 seconds I hear a click in the relay switch box, but the macerator pump doesn't go. All the indicators and lights work as they should on the panel. I removed the pump to check it and bypassed the relay switch and the pump worked fine. The panel in the head seems to be reading the tank levels ok as well. Since the relay switch is clicking I am assuming the panel and everything else is working. Jabsco thinks it is a bad relay switch as well. They mentioned there are 2 models so just trying to confirm if I have the old or new one. He was fairly certain I should have the newer model, but would like to know for sure since it is a special order part with no returns likely.

Mine is the same. All pages stuck together. Dealer just replaced the black box before I purchased the boat. Should have checked it’s operation but they told me it was working. I went to pump out and it didn’t work. I jumped the black and red wires off the panel and the pump works. Trying to get a part number for the control which I thing is 38111-6012. In the mean time I wired in a push button and it works fine. Might just drill a 5/8” hole and install the button. Cost me under $30. I think new control panel is over $150 but still looking

I ended up removing control box completely along with control wiring. I installed a switch inside near head and just send 12v directly to macerator pump.
