Yamaha Wiring Schematic

There are three schematics shown. The F250 schematic is pretty typical and may help those with older engines. The second schematic is for Yamaha round gauges, but I have found it useful as a guide even when troubleshooting older square gauges. The third is another complete Yamaha schematic showing the four round gauge set up. Just a note on this for those with four round gauges. One ignition switch should activate three gauges and the other ignition should only activate just one gauge. If you're ignition switches each light up two gauges each you're probably not getting a mpg reading from the gauges. This is because the gauges were wired incorrectly by Sailfish. I think Sailfish corrected this error in late 2004, so this should only affect those with older boats.
