Last trip to the reef. Big Triggerfish ever caught. Wife made delicious Ceviche with some.

Holy smokes those look like big triggers! I dont think I've ever seen triggers that big.

Nice triggers!!! That is my very favorite fish to eat. Hard to clean but fine to eat. Nice catch!!!

They are really good. The skin is really hard, if you see the Picture there is a utility knife (Yellow) next to the bubba knife that we use to cut the skin before fileting them. White delicious meat. Glen, I don't know if you find them up there, I think they are more "tropical", but you never know.

I learned the box cutter trick a couple years ago to clean them also. You could make boots out of that skin it's so tough. Fine eating Glen, super white meat.
