Over all I'm very happy with the project. Of course there's a few areas that are not perfect that will drive me crazy. But for $216 for the Seadek and about 20 hrs. Of my time nice upgrade. So nice to walk on. Attachment Deleted

Wow even your lines are straight! I'd mess that up BAD.
Looks sharp! I bet that feels good on bare feet. Will be interested to hear how well it holds up after a few summers of fishing.

Looks great, I did much the same with the access cover in deck. I would suggest doing the foot rest if you have any left, that’s my favorite position now that foot doesn’t immediately slide off.

Plus some scraps on trailer frame if you have to walk out on trailer frame to load boat, I had painful slip off mine before I did mine, much less treacherous now.

Very nice. What did you use to cut the seadek?

A 4' sheet rock square, and a good sheet rock knife.

Looks sharp! Thought you had a supplier cut it to a Sailfish pattern, it looks that good!

Turned out really nice. Post some reviews after a few trips to let us know how it's holding up.

Turned out really nice. Post some reviews after a few trips to let us know how it's holding up. Will do. My experience with Seadek has been fantastic. I replaced my Conan pads with white Seadek about 6 years ago. I've beat the he'll out of them with every type of cleaner I could get my hands on. Their still as nice as the day I installed them. Good sh!t that Seadek is.

That looks great. What thickness is it? I have a 3/4" pad between the helm and console. I've had it for 3 years now. Its awesome on the feet. Its not holding well. I have a few spots where about a dime area about 1/8" deep is missing.

This is not that thick if i remember correctly its 5 mils thick. That's typical for decking. BTW I still have the templates I made if anyone with a 2360 wants them, save you about 8 hrs of time.
