Got me thinking. I’m having to grind down the deck of an old 13 whaler the boy and I are “restoring”. I may go this option when we are done. I don’t want to redo the non-skid, this seems the better option.

After doing a bit of reading, did you sand down the non-skid or just use acetone? I've got those round dimples on the deck and I'm concerned about how well it would adhere long term. Another site says the only way it should be applied over non-skid is to sand it down first.
I really like the way it looks and after running around yesterday in pre-Arthur waves and fog, I thought the Seadek would offer better footing and some cushioning. Just worried that it won't adhere well.
