Okay guys I'm a little Clueless about our flag on my property. The wife tells me the flag has to be taken down every night and put up every morning. That is a deal breaker. Maybe she thinks so because at the school she works for that's what they do.

And make sure it’s an all weather flag, ie not cotton.

A 30" deep hole, around 12 to 14" wide. Two bags of 80 lb.quikrete mix it shovel into hole set the sleeve to receive the flagpole. Be sure to plumb the pole. 45 min project. Smack in front of the house..

👍👍
HOA approved my 25’ pole today and it has been ordered. Of course the light bronze pole is out of stock. Was hoping to have it up before the fourth....sounds like that is a definite maybe...

That looks good! HOA, while not really having the authority to do so as there is nothing about flags in covenants, did get me to put US, state, POW/mia, and military flags o my in my request. They also put 4’x6’ which will be my daily flag. But I also ordered a 5’x 8’ holiday flag. I think that one will make a statement on its own.
