Have a 2008 2660. Original igloo cooler just broke. I have search these threads and did not find the size of the yeti cooler (or suggested cooler) to replace it. Also, do you have any tips to install seat on cooler and to boat. Feels wierd drilling holes into a new cooler.

I think mine is either a 65 or 75 Tundra, I want to say 75. I'd check but my boat is in the shop.
The cooler has two rubber backers that are attached to the console.
Alternatively you could get a tie down kit.

I replaced mine with a RTIC 65 and it fit perfect with the rubber backers like fisnfool mentioned.

RTIC are on backorder. Liked to have gotten their blue one. Guess it is a Yeti then. Did you all drill holes in top of cooler for seat. Also, the original igloo opened up backwards. I see Yeti has straps. Do you still install cooler with the front facing the rear (stern). ?? Do you still use the straps?

I used an RTIC 65 to replace my broken igloo 94 on my old 2008 2860. If you have the type of cushion that kind of wraps over the lid, that cushion won't fit any of the newer roto coolers...I carried my cushion into west marine/Dicks/Academy and tried them all. Since I already had the rtic, I modified the cushion by removing the "overhang" and restapling the vinyl so it sit flat. Worked ok, I could email you some pics of the process.
I now have a different 2008 2860 (thanks to Hurricane Michael) and I just bought a new igloo as to not screw around with the cushion. Whenever I replace all the vinyl I'll get a new cushion made that fits on a yeti.
Just my 2 cents...

Hey Jetlag, Here is the link below to the rubber grommets that go on the back of the cooler that attach to console and your cooler. The cooler should open hinges facing the bow. If you don't do this with the cushions on it will bind and only open 3/4 of the way. I took my old cushion off my igloo that already had the bolts in it and marked the new RTIC on top. I then drilled the 2 holes and then slid the screws through the top of the cooler and screwed on a SS washer and nut on the backside. At the time I was having my vinyl replaced so I had to make a few modification's to the cushion to make it fit on the Rtic like the Igloo. Hope that helps.
