It's going to take some time, however I hope this site will surpass the old one down the road.

i was not able to register my new account using my iphone. it would hang on the confirmation page. i had to unlink my username from the global pro boards account, and redo it on laptop. a minor thing and possibly isolated to me, but worth putting it out if others have same issue.

How about adding the Pages at the bottom of a thread rather than just on the top. Maybe I am just missing it but when I am reading through a 3 page thread, I need to scroll back to the top to click on next page. Can this be added to the bottom as well?

Shoot thats a walk in the park compared to what I went through, glad you worked it out.

You should notice now as you scroll to the bottom of the post, you can still see the page numbers in the top left of your screen so that you don't have to scroll back to the top.

Is there a way to add the "Recent Threads" button so it is pasted on the main menu at the top? I like to catch up reading the recent threads without having to navigate into individual sections to see if there is anything new there. Once in a new thread, one cannot go "back" to the recent threads and it is a pain to go 'Home' and then scroll down to find the Recent Threads link.
Thanks in advance for investigating.

If you just click on the main forum header it shows you all the new posts since last time.

Ron,
Do you mean to click on "Sailfish Boat Owner's Forum"? It is the same screen as "Home"...
Yes, it shows in the index of all the individual forums if there is something New, but one has to enter each individual forum to see how many and what is new, and then go back and enter another forum to look at it.
What we are looking for is a listing of all new posts/threads in the order of most recent. This is irrespective of which individual forum they were created in. The only way I've been able to see this is to go to Home, then scroll down to Recent Threads

What is wrong with hitting "recent posts" at the bottom of the main page?
I hit "recent posts" and it take me to the most recent posts in order in which they were posted.
Not sure I understand?

Check out the original forum and the "Recent Posts" button on the top navigation bar next to the "Forums" button. One just hits that to go back to a one-page listing of all the recent posts since you've last logged on. Always at the top of your monitor page.
Here, one has to scroll up (we are already below the top navigation bar on this thread), hit home, scroll down, look for the tiny type of 'recent threads/posts', then can hit that and see recent posts. But, one has to hit the back button several times if the thread is several pages long vs. once on the other forum, or if you reply to a post, then the process starts over with going home, scrolling down, etc. etc.
Maybe it is just me, but after pounding out work all day on the office computer, I'm not motivated go through a bunch of clicks and key strokes to keep up with the Sailfish guys, and often only have a few minutes to spare to check in so am looking for quick and easy steps to see what is new.
Thanks
