Not quite as hot of seabass bite as last week, but 50 some keepers. More mahi showing. Boated 9 I had set 2 lobster pots , got on right bottom, an passage of storm had them stuffed, 14 legal sized total, kept our limit of 10.

Holy shit look at those bugs! Are the regs up here to be able to drop a pot or two any more difficult than dropping pots for crabs in the bay?
How deep do you need to be to catch those Dave?
Nice fish too! Hahaha
I am so jealous

Simple regs, , as long as it’s recreational.
I’m working the 20 line, was fishing for them in tile fish beds years ago, lots easier to pull Pots from shallower water.

Got to find the right patch of bottom, I had empty pots last week. Couple hundred yards away. Seabass stack up at certain times, show structure that would otherwise be undetectable.
