Maybe a little high everything is inflated because of the pandemic. With that said they do hold their value very well.

A boat is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
I bought my 2008 new out the door with trailer and electronics for $36k. Today shockingly that boat is listed new for almost twice as much.

That’s what it boils down to, they hold their value, and the newer ones are much more expensive.
A related phenomenon.

People are really desperate for boats these days. A few weekends ago a guy approached me at the gas station while I was fueling her up, and asked me if I would sell him my boat. He said he would give me $60K, and that he has been looking for a boat like mine for several years. He was just driving by and saw me at the gas station. He did not step on the boat or look inside it at all. My boat was $82K brand new in 2006.
My coworker just sold his 2013 21ft Sea Hunt, for $36K after a bidding war between 4 buyers. He posted it for sale for $27.5K. He bought the boat in 2016 for $34K.

I'm considering selling my 2007 218 with F150 (about 800 hours, I believe) for $25k or so. It's got bottompaint, but trailered. Needs some gelcoat work on keel (rubbed trailer when I bought it from guy in NJ) and has a few bottomfishing dings (weights). Does have Raymarine c97/a77 units with Digital 18" dome and B60 through hull ducer. Wiring was cleaned up 2 years ago and added ACR relay to the battery system along with RF Amp and 4 kicker speakers (one isn't working at the moment and haven't had time to look at since boat is kept in storage facility). Has a T top covers cover in heaviest material.
Trailer hubs/springs/bearing were all redone last year, but brakes quit working and, once again, haven't had time to look into. Did rerun rubber lines to replace the galv lines trailer came with and that worked for a few months, but back to not working.
