Member Cracker has this set up and he has no complaints. F150s are max HP and would be ideal but the F115s will get it done. It wont be a speed queen and a little slower out of the hole so see if you can test it to make sure you will be happy with the performance. I wouldn't buy it without a sea trial to ensure you will be satisfied with the set up.
I have the minimum HP on my 2660 - twin F150s, some claim they think its underpowered, it meets my expectations and then some. That said, if I repowered I'd probably use it as a chance and go with F200s.

Boats a 2011. Going to look at it tonight. Anything about these boats I should be paying close attention to as far as problems?

I have a 2007 2360 with the F115's. I certainly would like the F150-F200's. My boat is rated to 400 HP. The F115's with 4 blades work great. Hole shot no problem and cruise 28 - 30 at 4,500 depending on load and tide. I have around 1,000 hours and no real issues, boat is rock solid with some minor stress cracks here and there mostly in corners on the gunnel tops where the 2 piece inserts are located. The boat is a bit wet on a quarter wind but rides like a champ. Good luck.

The 3 blades will get more like 2.4 but they suck! They cavitate like crazy in rough water and at lower rpms.

I'm a novice: I have never had a four stroke but is that 2.0-2.4 MPG / engine or combined? And what's the fuel capacity on a 2360?

That's MPG and that is combined, those are decent numbers. The 2360 hold 150 gallon
