I hate to piss away Money myself. I will definitely try to run the boat with tabs in the full down position, I've never tried that. Could it possibly be that simple.

Glen, I think you'll find whatever 4 blade you go with, you'll need to raise your motors to get the RPMs up. Our motors are set deep as it is and Those 4 blades create more drag and will lower RPM +/-200 RPM.

Once you are on plane you will want to bring them up obviously. I read the lenco auto trim tab manual, then tried to emulate it manually. Trick is you have to anticipate the need for tabs. If you are reacting to cavitation you won’t have enough hands to trim down, pump the throttles, and steer. But I’m pretty much full down tabs anytime below 3k rpm.
