There are color matched kits out there eg. Spectrum etc but I think your challenge given the age of your boat is, even if the gelcoat is a perfect factory match, your gelcoat has faded over the last 15 yrs and it wont match. I think your best course of action is finding a local glass guy that can mix/match gelcoat as close as he can to match your boat, but i suspect that will even be a challenge.
