In the last month I've come across posts on The Hull Truth where in some situations electronic problems were caused by LED lights. This issue has been known for some time now and the issue was addressed by the more notable manufacturers, but the problem can still be found with cheaper lights. The article also points out that replacement LED bulbs can also be a source for interference. So if you're experiencing problems with your VHF check to see if the problem goes away when the lights are turned off. www.panbo.com/uscg-warns-about-led-lights-interfering-with-vhf-ais-wants-test-results/

Thanks, I think I'll add the test to my 100 hour maintenance list of things to do.

Does anyone know where to find replacement lights for the small leds by the front cup holders, unable to find any numbers on them.

Team Ruby, great guy gone missing. I reached out to him once on his cell he did reply but kept it short. Go figure.

Yep, missing Ruby, and don't remember this post from the past. Can't say I've had any electronic interference due to LED's.
