I have a 245DC and have been thinking about putting down deck flooring because I think the none slip is not really non slip.
My local dealer DMR Marine says to use Marine Mat.
He says it will cost $3,800 - ouch.
I think I want snap down but it is arguing to use a self adhesive backing.
Any experience with this stuff - I am concerned about blood, gulp stains, etc.
Also, what do you guys think about snap down versus self adhesive?

Personally I wouldn't anymore holes drilled into my deck, not a fan of snaps.
Lots of people do Seadeck, Finatic did his own.
From what I gather the stuff is pretty resliant and can be cleaned with a brush and good cleaner eg Marine 31. I have Marine Mat on my cooler lid under my LP in white and while it starts to look dingy, a spray with Marine 31 and brush brightens it up again.
Just remember it's not permanent and will require replacement some day and I've read it is a huge PIA to remove, more so the adhesive that it left behind, so figure a big premium in cost over initial install unless you're a DIY'r.
And think resale, go with something neutral and OEM-like. I've seen where some cover their boats in this stuff in crazy colors and patterns which would turn me off as a buyer esp knowing how much of a PIA it is to remove.

My wife said why don’t you just get a mat like a shower mat to put down while you are fishing - hmm
Anyone just use a mat like she says

How long did it take you to put this down?

The actual installation is fast it's all the prep work before hand. making the templates cutting the product to fit the templates and then installing total project about 30 35 hours
