Tonight it’s Ole Camp peach pecan whisky. Got to have some antifreeze for this winter storm we are getting tomorrow. I don't know what that is but it sounds good and I ain't much of a whiskey drinker. 2 large Saporos for me over sashimi and Chinese food tonight. Now I think I'll have a glass of rum

Salmon and Yellowtail sashimi, followed by some fried goodness of General Tsos.

Florida “winter” is craft beer season for me, sipped on a local Hefeweizen last night.
But rum is my go to during the normal hot as balls summers.
1. Took a vacation in Antiqua years ago and they served rum and coconut water everywhere...simple and light. I’ll add a splash of juice now and then, damn it’s tasty.
2. Dark and Story- rum and ginger beer. Crisp, really good when the humidity is so high the walls are dripping.
3. Goombaysmash from the abacos. Proceed with caution, lol.

I drink it straight with a splash of lime and a small chip of ice. Plantation XO 20th Anniversary rum for that, too good to mix. Also like a good rum punch, Pussers dark rum for that or Planation pineapple infused rum.

That Goombaysmash is dangerous but tasty. Rum and ginger ale or ginger beer is the go to summer drink for me. Beer is always welcome too.
