I love the motors its 55mph wide open with a cruise at 35 to 40. Mine had a single 250 before I re powered from what I have read the 150" preform about what the 200's do if I hadnt got such a great deal I would have gone with the 150's
Thanks that is almost identical to the numbers I get. I bet that boat seems like a completely different boat with twins I ran one with a single 250 I did not like it at all. Good for you.
Gas Tank is in... Notice on both sides of the tank there is a channel. Should water get in there this is for water to run off the top of the gas tank into the channel and then into the bilge. Therefore not sitting on top of the tank and rotting it over time. That way in 10-15 yrs you don't have to rip the rotted gas tank out and replace it.

I had some custom rods built and thought you guys might like to see them. They were dropped off today by the builder Chad Bazen and they came out nice. Anybody in NC looking for a good Rod builder Chad Bazen is awesome and builds a lot of rods for the Tournament guys. You can find him on Instagram @bazencustomrods
Dam gatorman your not messing around, you are all in. New boat and equipment happy for you.
Thanks, it was time... I have a mix of 10-15yr old rods that my 30W's, 50W's and 80W's are on and just needed replacing. I went to a couple local tackle shops I frequent and could not get full set of 15-18 matching rods in different sizes to fit my reels. Most everything has been bought or on backorder because of Covid inventory is low. So I just had a custom set built that will last a long time, Buy once cry once I guess.
I'm looking at trying those Winthrop adjustable butts. I hear good things.
You herd correctly they are badd ass... One rod does 2 things eliminating having to bring the bent butts! Fish it straight up on the riggers or flat lines or If you want to high speed for wahoo or other things just push the button and you have a bent butt.
