I pulled the boat out of the corner placed it out in the driveway in the work area and have started getting ready for spring. Cold today 26 degrees and a stiff wind. How many guys here in New England have started to prep their boat or at least thinking of getting it started. Last fall the Tog fishing was so good I want to get in and see how this spring will be. The season will close April 30th.

You must be motivated to think about messing with the boat in 26 degree weather!!

I am on LI and took cover off last week. This past Friday I did 100 service on both motors. I will run them tomorrow when I have some time and then start the detail and bottom painting. Hope to be in by April 1 maybe sooner if the weather stays above freezing.

Going to be in the 60's a couple of days this week. Hoping I feel better so I can get started on the boat.

It is barely 30 degrees here today but is going to be close to 60 on Thursday...and then back to the 40's for the weekend. I am going to give it a few more weeks. That being said I was at my local marine store this weekend ordering supplies in anticipation of getting the shrink wrap off!
