Came down with some friends. It was very sporty all three days.
Thursday: Went out but wind was strong 15+. Caught two nice mutton snappers, some bonnethead sharks and a few small other.
Friday: Decided to go out but boy it was rough. Trolled around 100 - 200ft but weeds were everywhere and it was a real PITA. Then we went do to some deep dropping. Went to our spot around 450ft but got chased away by a storm with lightning. Went to the bridge where we caught a nice gag grouper and a few other species
Saturday: Stayed around 7 mile bridge but bite was off. Caught some But nothing too exiting. We did almost had to rescue some swimmers without life jackets of a boat as the current was very strong and they almost were smashed to the bridge. Not very smart folks.
Hopefully the wind will be gone next trip.
