Well, not really, but I *am* looking for ideas to equip the cockpit and / or head in my 2660 for entertaining family and friends on evening cruises in the rivers / Raritan Bay, NJ. This is my second year with the boat, and it's been fantastic....for fishing, but my wife and kids are not liking it as much as our smaller, single engine cuddy cabin, which was nowhere near as seaworthy and really an embarrassment for any type of real fishing... So I'm looking for methods/ideas for the aft section.... perhaps a flip-up table by the bait well/sink? Clever ways to store / serve food once we've arrived/anchored or even under way. Good ideas for storage under the helm seat (accessible from the stern side). Anybody with thoughts? Ideas? Pictures?? If I don't get anywhere, I see a 28 Ft. express in my future and I'm not quite ready for that expense yet...... Thanks Stu

Hey Stu, Surprising to hear that esp about your wife. Little kids i get it, they like that cuddy to crawl down inside. They'll grow out of that. Don't know anything about table for the stern but Sailfish does make a table for the bow seating area. Birdsall Marine makes/sells some cool things you might get some ideas there. Maybe adding some shade. ttopcovers.com/t-top-boat-shades/In the console ya could add a TP holder, a mirror.

Get yourself a Sailfish table for the bow, its a game changer. My kids, and their friends eat and play cards at the table all the time. I also have two CaddyCan Portable Boat Trash Cans I strap to the bow grab rails. It keeps the garbage organized on the boat. One is for the garbage, and the other is for the recyclables. For the stern, get a grill that you can put in the rod holder and a large fish filet table in the rod holder too. You can put the condiments, buns, and plates/utensils on the fish filet table. Get a Docktail Boat Table Caddy for the drinks. If you run out of space in your bow cooler, the RTIC 30can Soft pack cooler fits perfectly under the Sailfish stern seats. I have two of those coolers, one for each side.

If she's getting cold, have yourself a 5 panel set of curtains made. They make all of the difference. You could keep the wings on during the summer and put the side panels on early/late season.

"Bags tied to rails" is not working. I will definitely look into a fillet table and grill. We haven't grilled because we haven't been comfortable "hanging out"... .kind of a chicken and egg situation, but I'll look into it. And the Docktail boat table caddy sounds interesting... thanks! S

Yup - I've got the curtains and I do just that. Fall had the full protection on for striper fishing. Now I just have the center section around the helm installed.... They are a big help, but I don't want to run the full wings on all year... Unless I misunderstand you... I have one piece that wraps around the windshield/connects to the T-Top. It has a zip out center so you can let air blow through if you want. Then one each side panels that stretch from T-Top to Gunwales. I put those up in the fall last year.... correct?

No not a one piece a 5 panel set up that can be broken down to 3 with just the wings in place. It sounds like the two of you are at odds. She gets cold but you dont want to run with curtains up. Think of it like an express with curtains up. A happy wife a happy life.

Center section has 3 pieces(?), and port and starboard panels zip to the center and clip to the gunwales... I ride with the center installed all the time. But as you say, to keep her happy I could certainly install the sides all year and keep them rolled up.... just in case...
