No not a one piece a 5 panel set up that can be broken down to 3 with just the wings in place. It sounds like the two of you are at odds. She gets cold but you dont want to run with curtains up. Think of it like an express with curtains up. A happy wife a happy life. Yes, I think we're talking about the same thing. Center section has 3 pieces(?), and port and starboard panels zip to the center and clip to the gunwales... I ride with the center installed all the time. But as you say, to keep her happy I could certainly install the sides all year and keep them rolled up.... just in case... Would be cheaper than buying a new boat. I actually like the curtains up, well maybe not when its 90 degrees, but the added protection is nice esp if running to dinner etc and theres enough airflow that it's still comfortable even when it's warm. I wouldn't want my side panels up during the summer if I could help it because they do get in the way a bit when docking etc. Try it and see how she likes it.

OK - Mirror in the head - check! Caddy Can from Boat Outfitters - check! Thanks Reelkul - I looked all around and based on your comments on experience, all others looked kind of sketchy, so I went straight with your recommendation. Eisenglass / Wings were previously installed. The two outside panels that clip to the gunwales will now be on board all season, just in case. Fishnfool I think we're saying the same thing above, just having trouble with terminology. Thanks very much.
I am seriously interested in the Sailfish Table - originally thought about putting one in the aft cockpit, but there's really not room. So I bought a rod holder mounted bait cutting / fillet board that will be used for that, but will also serve as an aft serving table when we are anchored. Again, there were less expensive ones, but the table from Five Oceans seems to have the best pivot/locking mechanism.
Where do I source the Saifish bow area table? Do I call Sailfish? I didn't see "Parts" on their website.... Not on Boat Outfitters.... Perhaps PartsVu (but I doubt it).
Finally, I had a small Magma Grill on my old boat. Thinking of a new one for this boat. Any recommendations besides just a bigger Magma?
Thanks everyone....

OK - More about the Bow Table. I just talked to Aaron at Sailfish. Good guy - willing to put together the table and sell to me, but also shared OEM's for parts (Garelic, Paragon, and Seadek) and suggested I might get it cheaper there (well, actually I asked...).
We'll see - I'll be looking into it further.

Get yourself a Sailfish table for the bow, its a game changer. My kids, and their friends eat and play cards at the table all the time. I also have two CaddyCan Portable Boat Trash Cans I strap to the bow grab rails. It keeps the garbage organized on the boat. One is for the garbage, and the other is for the recyclables. For the stern, get a grill that you can put in the rod holder and a large fish filet table in the rod holder too. You can put the condiments, buns, and plates/utensils on the fish filet table. Get a Docktail Boat Table Caddy for the drinks. If you run out of space in your bow cooler, the RTIC 30can Soft pack cooler fits perfectly under the Sailfish stern seats. I have two of those coolers, one for each side. Reelkul, do you have any pics of your table? See my previous posts, I think the Garelick base from Boat Outfitters is the right base, but just looking for visual confirmation and also thoughts/images on mounting the base. Thx

You must be the fellow I met at the ramp (after I heard that bit of a squabble ) . You were launching with your wife to do some fishing. I think your name was Doug? I'm Stu - in the house across from the ramp.... I absolutely would like to see the table and I'll be down later this week or early next week. We've given the house over to our daughter's In-Laws for the week and we're coming down to visit them....

Well, not really, but I *am* looking for ideas to equip the cockpit and / or head in my 2660 for entertaining family and friends on evening cruises in the rivers / Raritan Bay, NJ. This is my second year with the boat, and it's been fantastic....for fishing, but my wife and kids are not liking it as much as our smaller, single engine cuddy cabin, which was nowhere near as seaworthy and really an embarrassment for any type of real fishing... So I'm looking for methods/ideas for the aft section.... perhaps a flip-up table by the bait well/sink? Clever ways to store / serve food once we've arrived/anchored or even under way. Good ideas for storage under the helm seat (accessible from the stern side). Anybody with thoughts? Ideas? Pictures?? If I don't get anywhere, I see a 28 Ft. express in my future and I'm not quite ready for that expense yet...... Thanks Stu I don't have any pictures but just a brainstorm of an idea. You can cut out and around the front of the console where the front cooler seat backing mounts. Then put hinges, brackets, locks and chains for stopping distance to make it a serving platform from below. All stainless hardware of course. Unlock from the inside and it folds down to the chain stops. WALA! You could finish the inside or actual serving side with a nice piece of polished, oiled and finished piece of teak with an 8 point compass design in the middle of it.

I can get the base from Boat Outfitters, and I've put the word out locally for anyone who is scrapping their Corian counters. I can fabricate my own tabletop, rout the edges and build one that mimics the Sailfish offering. Stu

So - Wrapping up this thread, I think - here are the results - In the front - I added the bow table. Thanks Mike (Footy) for the encouragement, even though I never got to see you. Seemed there was only one place to put it. Note - Sailfish said it would be around $700 for their table. In fact, the table from Boat Outfitters featuring the same base is about $700. So I bought the Garelick base (same base as Sailfish), and put a lightweight rectangular table from Amazon on top and it looks like it will be fine. Saved about $400. That and a new bait cutting table (a.k.a. Cheese / hors d-oeuvres platter) in the stern area, and the Caddy Can garbage bag recommended by Reelkul, and I'm in much better shape for entertaining. We have a local Led Zeppelin cover band playing outdoors Wednesday on the shoreline near the marina and we'll be entertaining our neighbors on board. Our Shakedown Cruise! Shortly after that, I'll pull the bow cushions for the season and start striper fishing! Here's the table - and thanks everyone Attachments:
