I suspect those black nipples are the circuit breakers (Push to reset. If you feel it pop back into place, it was tripped.) If it's on a fused circuit you may have to trace back the wire to locate the fuse. All of my fuses are near the buss bars and are single fuses on the wires themselves. Only have a few and most of them were installed when I added equipment.

Spreader lights are what you are talking about. Not sure if it may make a difference in labeling anywhere.

My spreader lights on my 2360cc popped the breakers after a few minutes of use. Changed them out to LEDs. Problem solved. As mentioned earlier, try pushing the black resets.

I have the Peterson spreader lights as well and thinking about changing to LED. Read up on interference of LED lights due to RFI with VHF reception, AIS, etc. Which models or bulb manufacturer replacement is recommended to minimize RFI? thx

RFI should only be a problem with high voltage LED bulbs (like 120vac) because they incorporate a switching power supply to reduce the voltage. This should not be an issue with most 12vdc LED bulbs. You may want to research the particular bulb type you are considering.
