Since I am new to these boats I’m just curious what everyone is running who has my exact set up? Hole shot is not that great. My top end is 44 mph and it gets 2.7 mpg at 4200 rpm/ 30 mph. Overall a think the efficiency is pretty good. Just curious if there is room for improvement.

I don't have direct experience with a single 2360 (I had twins), but I wouldn't doubt a 19p Rev4 would work great...their holeshot is usually insane and most Sailfish like stern lift. You'd probably lose some speed on the top end though.

I have a 17 rev 4 I would need to but a Yamaha hub kit. may have to do a trip offshore with it to see how it does.

You may lose some efficiency at cruise with the 4 blade (more blade surface area in water), trade off is better handling/bite, better hole shot, lower planning speed, lifts stern/hull a tad higher for improved sea keeping.

Heck yeah, I'd definitely try that prop if you already have it. I run the rubex 203 hub on my F250s. Keep in mind you may need to play with engine height too. I do remember someone having a single 23 with a rev4 on the old forum and loving it, not sure of the pitch though.
I love playing with props, if only they made a quick release hub...I'd have my speed props, long distance cruise props, snotty offshore props, gold plated sandbar props...lol!

Cool sounds like a 4 blade does well on these boats. Ill try my 17 rev4 and go from there. Thanks everyone.
