I have given myself the ok but the weather was terrible this past weekend. I'm walking now and go back to Dr next week. If weather is ok this weekend I'm going, but it's not looking very good as of now.

Almost back. I had a Dr visit today and everything looks good. I'm way ahead of schedule and I'm free to do whatever I think that I can do. I'm walking pretty good now and I'm pain free. Fishing soon!!!

good luck with the surgery and recovery, tough break (pun intended). Just realized this is a 3 month old thread, I initially replied when i got to the bottom of page 1. Glad to hear your recovering well.

That's great news, just remember that just telling us you went out isn't proof in and of itself. We require photographic verification of you out on the boat or it didn't happen.
All kidding aside I for one will be very happy to hear that you've gotten back out on the water after your long layoff!
Stay safe out there and especially once you're back and secured dockside.

Great to hear the all clear. Mine said no dirt bikes, water ski, or bull riding for a year. Some times I think the GOM is all of them combined. Rag’s
