Interesting that they are all leaving the Ft. Pierce inlet and going North. I guess the warm weather hasn't brought the fish this far South yet. I've not heard much about sailfish catches this year in WPB so far.

I follow one of the charter guys that was in the tournment he missed the bite the first day. But did say the fish were 20miles north of inlet. He is out of St Lucy inlet. Not sure though if he was talking about st lucy or ft pierce inlet

Not sure though if he was talking about st lucy or ft pierce inlet Read this after i posted Consider also that tournament rules have fishing time stipulated as 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. But since the sailfish were concentrated in an area north of Patrick Air Force Base and south of Port Canaveral's main channel, tournament boats were forced to sacrifice up to 1:45 of fishing time each day just to reach the best fishing.
