Just a gut feeling is that is $10-15k high. But you’ve not given a lot of details. Low hour motors? Motors still under warranty? Electronics? AP? Radar? Other extras? New trailer? Could reduce my differential. In the end it’s worth what someone will pay for it.

I would walk away if the outside of the boat has been that neglected I'm sure everything else was to. There's a lot of 2660 s on the market these days

I would walk away if the outside of the boat has been that neglected I'm sure everything else was to. There's a lot of 2660 s on the market these days I have to agree with finatic on this. I watch the market pretty closely and can tell you there are plenty of 2660’s, and that price is real high for a boat with a neglected exterior, not to mention if the exterior has been that neglected it would be hard for me to have confidence that the rest of the boat hasn’t been neglected as well. You should be able to find a 2660 in great condition with relatively low hrs for about 55-60k.

The boat has 110hrs on the clocks each. For w.e reason it's been sitting. I believe it's been sitting in a lock with noone to care till it was released. Runs great

That will come back. When I bought my 2012 the gel coat was pretty beat up. As part of the deal I had the marina pro do mine. Looked brand new when it was done. Check out this video (I should work for Smoove at this point!)

I have the same blue hull on a 2660 that looked worse. smoove 1000 made a big difference but still needed wet sanding on the bow i will be doing this weekend.

It’s a non issue, the right person can do a gel coat correction on it and make it better then new. It should be around 5k to do up here in NY.

Wet sand, compound, polish and seal. Hire a pro for best results here. Having the same color, I can tell you while beautiful when shiney it needs to be maintained religiously to keep it looking that way. Where is the boat located and where are you located? What he said

I'm thinking wet sanding it an buffing will fix it? What you guys think. it can be fixed. This was my old 1990 bass boat and was my first "marine project", about 12 years ago or so? this is what AB can do to a colored hull. This was my first time using it. I wet sanded, then AB 1000, then AB 2000, then collinite wax. Before, 1/2 done, and 100% done!
