Any thoughts on new vinyl with the sailfish logo embossed? I'm going to repair/replace my coaming strips and I really like the logo on them. I can get local vinyl, but it's pretty plain.
Mostly, it's the thread between sections that is failing... ever hear of re-sewing those? If not for the threads deteriorating, I would just go heavy on the vinyl moisturization and get 3 more years out of them....
Thanks,
S

Why not just order from Llbroc in the factory color with the logo on them?

I had the bolsters replaced by a local marine upholstery shop. The logos were an embroidered patch on the bolsters. The shop was able to remove them from the old bolsters and sew them onto the new ones. Just a thought.
Maybe electronics have improved, but copying a logo isn't simple. There has to be a specific graphic file prepared that controls the machine to know where to put thread, what color, thickness, etc., and if they don't have the graphic file, the setup fee can be expensive for one-time use.

Why not just order from Llbroc in the factory color with the logo on them? I went this way as well with OE Llbroc and they were plug and play... Just remember to get new double sided Christmas tree fasteners to install.
