Hey folks, I'm looking to re-power my 2004 Sailfish 218 WAC from it's current 2004 Yamaha F150 to a 2019 Yamaha F200. Anyone running that type of set-up? Wondering you height for mounting and best prop.

I know there are previous threads on the F200 when it came out, with no glowing reports.
I asked my Yamaha Master Mechanic about the F200 when he was servicing my F150. He had one on one of his boats. He said the hole shot is very slow. They changed the gearing in the lower unit compared to the F150. I asked if a different prop could change that and he said no. That, and the much higher price, is up for your decision making.

I have twin F200s and fund them quiet, economical and so far trouble free...2016-2017 made motors with just under 300 hrs on them.
