Hi am new the the site and just bought a 2007 26 wac. I see that some have the same ventilation issues I have I am running twin 150 hp yamaha 4 strokes. engine is all the way down. Props are original reliance 14.25x17 In calm water its ok. I fish montauk where we have some rough water and rips. I get terrible ventilation and loose thrust in these conditions. I can see water covering cavitation plate disappear and the prop draw in air. Im considering going to 4 blade power tech ofs4 or stingray hydrofoil.. Has anyone resolved this issue and how. Thanks

I would recommend Rev 4's. Start with props, get them dialed in, raise your motors a hole or two - may take some trial and error. If you are still unhappy, consider adding wedges. That should take care of 90% of it.

Welcome, Many have tackled the ventilation issue in different ways. Easiest would be to switch to a 4 blade prop. Others have used 6" wedges pushing the motors away from any white water. I fished your area over this past weekend, ran to butter fish hole.

Try running your trim tabs down in those conditions. At least 1/2 way if not more.

I have a 2007 2360 with the F115's, I had the same issue with the stock 3 blades. I went to 4 blades and vent issues went away. Talk to PROPGODS on the THT site he helped me out, his phone is 941-73.5-5808.
