So happy to have my new to me '06 3006 CC. Night and day difference over my Trophy 2503 (obviously). Through my repairs I have some questions though. The marine head...how does it work? Any tips for tesing the motors/systems without cutting up wires? There is a black "flush" button under the sink, but nothing works so I'm in the dark. My Jabsco controller that says level/sleep and empty is shot, I know. The connection is broken on the back of that panel. Is there a single replacement panel to buy, because I can't find one? I'm not sure yet if the pump is bad or if the toilet electric motor is working.
While in the holding tank area I noticed a mid bilge like pump. It doesn't turn on at all. Should there be a dedicated switch for it somewhere or it is in tandem with the bilge pump switch?
Lastly, my fish box pump doesn't work. That's not the issue though...I don't think. The red wire going to the rocker switch doesn't have any power. Through all the wiring it is near impossible to trace. Is there a shortcut to finding where this wire originates so I can get power going to the switch again?
Thanks for the help in advance. I absolutely LOVE this boat and want to bring it back to what it's meant to be!

Mid bulge pump is most likely hard wired to batteries, so no switch.
Red wire, shortcuts.....not really. But with a meter you should be able to test from switch to power distribution bus and at least find both end of it.

Welcome!!! On your head pumps I would start at the toilet. Run a hot wire and ground from the battery to the pump to make sure it works. If it works, you have a wiring problem. There is an inline fuse but good luck trying to find it. I ran a new wire with fuse to my switch when mine quit working. Second, you can get a new switch panel but it is almost as much as buying the whole toilet system. I bypassed the panel by running a wire to the pump out pump with a toggle switch. I ran behind the access door so you have to open the door to turn on the switch.
The mid ship bilge pump is automatic. No switch for it.
On your fish box, try running a new hot wire from your hot buss bar. The hot wire should go to the circuit breaker mounted with the switch, and then to the switch.

Thanks for the replies on this.
Outtadblue, I just about had the same logic when it came to the pumps. Assuming the electric motor for the toilet works and the macerator for the pump out works, how would the fill function work? Just not familiar with these. Rather than buying a $700 tank system to get my hands on the control panel, I'd be happy to wire up some labeled toggle switches for fill, flush and pump out. Also, do you know if the waste can be pumped out through hull vs through the waste connection at the dock? I see the seacock for what looks like a raw water intake for filling, but maybe this is for waste discharge?
Again, thanks for the replies.

Mine came with both an overboard pump and a location for pump out at dock. The location for the dock pump out is on the starboard side, mid ship. The overboard pump has a sea cock in the bilge that has to be opened. Once opened and the holding tank pump is engaged the waist goes out the bottom of boat through the sea cock.
