After making the same fix in the back corners a couple years ago, I now always spray the hose down each rod holder when washing boat.

I fixed mine with I believe were 1/4 in shouldered stainless bolts and locking nuts.

I fixed mine with I believe were 1/4 in shouldered stainless bolts and locking nuts X2 I used a 3/16TH bolt with a locking nut, high grade stainless of course. You could see the nut and bolt I used and the first photo I posted

Easy fixes are the best. "New to me" trailer...lights not working. Originally thought is was the harness due to age of trailer so I put it off for a while. Decided to dive into it yesterday and by fixing two ground wires the lights are now working. Only question is...Why did I wait so long? LOL. Oh well, road worthy again.

They should all be this inexpensive. The bolt is the $2 fix. Getting the rod holder out with the inaccessible screws is the $200 problem in the way of the $2 fix!
