We were fishing last week out of Stuart and notice a fellow Sailfish boat owner fishing right next to us.
Salute!

Maybe it was me. Burnt Orange 2660. I saw a dark blue 270 docked at Little Jim’s on my way back in. Was that you?

Hey all, I am going to be in Hutchinson Island in March with the family and would love to do some fishing from the beach with my boys. Is it worth my effort? What types of species should I target and what types of lures should I look to use? Should I bring my own gear or is there somewhere to rent? Any and all advice is welcome and appreciated! Thanks.

I don't surf fish but I do think they catch pompano and whiting. top and bottom rigs w little floats using fish bites for bait.

I don’t fish the beach much but surf fishing always depends on the bait run. As well as the beach you’ll be able to fish the Indian River Lagoon for snook, redfish, trout, and snapper. If the weather is good and our schedules coordinate I’d be happy take you guys fishing in my boat. I go out of the Ft. Pierce Inlet.
