Wondering g if anyone has purchased one and what they paid. It’s a wet slip, not part of a marina. No power or water. No lift. Part of a HOA owned pier....my HOA. I’m asking the board to purchase one so I can put a lift in it. Somehow I’d need to solve the water issue, possibly from neighboring pier that has a well. I’m thinking it’s worth about $15k tops. Only about 3 ft of water at low tide....sometimes less. About 5 miles from a shallow water inlet.

A slip with a lift in my area can run 45-60k

5 miles to the inlet if there's a no wake zones that could be a 3 beer ride. Maybe more on the return trip.
45 to 60k here sounds right in my area, water, electricity, no lift.

Around here I can get slip in a marina with lift, water, and electric for around those prices. This is for a 2360. Guess I figured the no amenities, no power, no lift, no water, wouldn’t be worth too much.
And no no wake zones to inlet, but....it’s Bogue Inlet. You cross the bar at 5 foot or better water it’s a good day! It’s not an I let you can get out every day as a few boaters discover every year.

Here’s the real kicker. I live about 1/4 mile off the ICW. Can’t see the water, but I can hear the boats go bye. Would love to own on the water with pier and lift. The oier and lift is the only thing between current house being the forever house or not. Owning a slip I can walk/golf cart too is a pretty good compromise, and a lot cheaper than moving!! Except then I might need a bigger boat....
