Yes it can, I was going to have them made when I had my cushions recovered, until I got the price for the work.

My local trophy shop does laxer engraving and did a panel for my old boat. You may try asking around. New wire marine can do it but may charge marine pricing.

I looked into newwiremarine and I think it was just north of $100 WITHOUT the logo. I was going to pull mine myself and just put a wrap on it.[/b]

Since I had just paid New Wire Marine premium $$ for a new switch panel, I thought they would cut me a break for a replacement piece of black ABS plastic to replace the rear fresh & salt water pump switch panel. It is only 2.5" x 4.5". Just the plastic with 2 holes cut for the switches and 2 for the breakers, no wiring or switches, was $105! For less than $50 I can get a Blue Sea Systems 2 switch panel that includes backplate, cover plate, 2 switches, 2 fuses, wiring and labels!
What kind of plastic is your panel? It appears it has held up but only the coating hasn't. Good luck with the new one!

Looking good! While you are in there you might check and see if those breakers really go to what they are labeled.

Looks great! That’s a hood idea to check where the breaker wires go. Mine came from the factory all messed up. Took me a while to sort that out.
