The 2 speakers on the hardtop on my 245DC don't work. The speakers in the bow and the speakers in the helm port and starboard also work. Just the canopy hardtop don't work. Is there a setting somewhere that I am not finding that activate these speakers?

I had one speaker that didn't work. Traced out the wires and found one connector was not connected. Just follow the wires from the radio to their connectors and hopefully you'll find the problem.

Your head unit should be able to control zones. Check the volume settings for each zone.
I have 3 separate zones.
If that doesn't work check your RCA plugs from your head unit to the amp (assuming you have an amp). Check the speaker wires from the amp and make sure that zone didnt get pulled out.
If all of that checks out, pull one of the speakers and check the connections.
If both aren't working that doesnt strike me as a speaker issue as much as it is a connection issue.

Just had one that wasn't working. Mine had corrosion on the connection at the speaker terminals. I cleaned them up and put new connectors on the wires. Odd that both would not work at the same time but this might be something to look at. Probably a setting/zone issue.

Interesting - I have 3 pairs of speakers but the radio has 2 zones. What model radio do you have?

Fusion UD 750. I have 6 speakers and two amps that I installed.
2 pairs of speakers can be run off a single zone with a Y cable.
Did those speakers ever work?
Do you have an amp?
Make sure all zones are "enabled" too. There should be a box to check to enable a zone. That is if you have a Fusion head unit.

Make sure all zones are "enabled" too. The 245DC is new so they never worked as far as I know. I do not know if there is any amps other than the radio head. For any other 245DC owners - is there an AMP and if so where is it?

The amp, if you have one, should be mounted close to your head unit. Access behind your head unit, and look around, follow the RCA cables/speakers wires. You might see a silver or black box, which would probably labeled Fusion.
What head unit?

A little research seems to suggest that an amp was part of an optional radio package so hard to say whether your boat has one. Best thing to do is take a looksee.
Also check all of the zones under your settings, making sure volum levels are set properly and test that all zones are "enabled."

Thanks everyone - there is an amp, although I did not know that the box was an amp. It was actually in the helm compartment on the wall. Not in the cubby hole where all the wiring is. Interesting that it is a Jensen amp when the radio is a Fusion. Anyway the connection to the amp was not seated very good and after reseating the connection the speakers worked.
