Outtadblue checking in from South MS. We need to plan a get together for next summer. Maybe a small tournament somewhere around the panhandle.

I am about 7 hours to the pan handle/Destin. How far are you guys in Texas? It would be fun to do a GOM up that way like at a 1/2 point, as Blue was saying. Rag’s

I'm about 5 hours from Deston so the Texas guys would be 12-15 hours.

I hope you made it ok during the storm. Looks like it went a little further east than expected.

I hope you made it ok during the storm. Looks like it went a little further east than expected. Congratulations. I assume you didn't even loose power. I saw the eye, or what little of it there was, went just a few miles east of Hattiesberg.

Not even a limb down in the yard. Very little rain and wind here in Hattiesburg. The marina made it fine also. No damage at all and no surge over the docks.

I just got off this morning from a 48 hr shift at the FD. A lot of rain and wind but nothing major. One fatality that I know of from a tree falling on a trailer home. Crazy busy night running calls in the rain.

O-Sea-D, you guys caught the worst of it I think. My fishing buddies that are firemen were called in for a 48 hour shift and they slept right through here in Hattiesburg. Thank you for your hard work. Stay safe!

It was sad to see on the news that the fatality was to an infant from that falling tree. I feel for the parents, the pain they must be going through.
