I have a 2006 CC 2360 and was wondering if anybody can help with where I can get a T top mesh storage replacement. The other zipper finally froze up so I need a replacement. Not impressed with the replacements I have seen online so far. Maybe local marine upholstery shop can make one?

I would think you could get one made locally. I have a buddy that liked mine and had a local shop make him one to match his boat.

Several posts on this. I need a new one too. I recal a converasation, either here, the old site, or on THT where teh OEM for these was in Jacksonville and made them for Sailfish. Aparently they still have the old templates. I wish I would have saved that thread.

I am going to replace mine soon. I believe I was quoted $75 for G2 Outfitters to replicate mine. You send in your piece and they replicate it exactly. when I had a new Weblon Ttop fabric made by them. They did an excellent job on weblon on schedule. They also have a good reputation on the hull truth.

Exactly like the original. $20 to ship it to them, $90 to make includes return shipping. Never bought the bag type, but I like this better. Attachments:

On this same subject, does anyone have a diagram of how to and the amount of para cord needed to reattach the mesh to the frame. I stopped down a my boat earlier and found that the cord started to dry rot and break. I am thinking that its time for new paracord or 26 zip ties. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't think paracord is the best string for a t-top. I think it has a core with wrapping around it? Polyester lacing that is UV resistant would be best.
There are a bunch of YouTube videos on how to run the lacing. I used this one: Basically cut off old cord, clean aluminum if you want, attach zip ties to temporarily hold fabric in place using a zip tie every 4th hole or so, then start lacing the way they show you in the video.
In it they state to estimate cord length, add the length and width of the top, double it, and add 10'. The life jacket Phifertex storage was tied on 3 sides on my boat, so I added the 3 side dimensions, added 10' and had plenty.
