I’m interested if anyone has comments or experience with the following problem: I’ve owned my 2020 245DC for 18 month (since new). Late last season I noticed that the accy panel switches were mostly not functional. This occurred while I was moving the boat from slip to trailer (only a few hundred yards) to go for annual service- so I didn’t try to solve the issue. It was still under warranty and I asked dealer to fix. When I picked up the boat, they said they fixed it but couldn’t tell me exactly what they did (another tech worked it that was not present). I checked it out, problem was solved and I moved on. Now, 6 months later this occurred again. It seems to happen at the time I switch the battery from off to on. The engine and related electronics work fine, but the accessory panel, radio and nav equipment (all factory installed) have no power. I switched the battery off/on again (maybe twice) and then power came back. Went for a short cruise and everything was fine. But now I’m concerned this may happen while I’m out and need navigation. I appreciate any comments or ideas.

Remove the main switch power panel and check for loose wires, do the same at the batteries. There's piles of wires in each location. You will be interested in the 245dc video review I'm going to put online tomorrow, about 10 minutes in will show what I'm talking about

X2. I had to replace the battery cables when I moved one of the batteries to port to lessen the list to starboard. I was glad I opened up the power switch area as I wasn't thrilled with how the cables were placed and their tightness. It's possible you have something different wrong, but the power switch connection would be a good place to start.
I also replaced the USB connector with one that shows the voltage. It's nice to have the current battery voltage displayed so I always know what's there (usually around 12.6) and if it's properly charging while running (about 14.2). I check the difference in battery 1 vice battery 2 a couple of times a year to make sure they're both working fine.

Thanks for the advice, guys. I removed the battery switch panel and sure enough, the wire on the “Main” breaker was loose. I’m sure this will address my intermittent. Time will tell.
