Hey All. Just took possession of new 2021 290CC. Couple of questions...are there any manuals for these things? Dealer said there wasn't. Hard to believe that to be true. Help! Jim Rowley

Welcome aboard, good luck with the new sled. We have a lot of 290 owners that should help you.

Congrats, let's see some pictures!! The Sailfish website is your best bet for manuals.

X2 on the bag full of manuals. I have an owners manual for the boat (which frankly is pretty lame and talks a lot about basic generic boat operation such as channel markers and "Red, Right, Returning". I kind of wish a USCG or Power Squadron basic boating and seamanship class was a requirement for all operator/owners honestly, but I digress...). But in addition, there are manuals on all of the equipment installed on the boat from Fusion stereo to multi-function displays to battery chargers and bilge /freshwater /seawater pumps to VHF radio to grill and refrigerator. You should have them all, and if you don't I'd press for them from the dealer because they lost the bag or should try to get it from the manufacturer on your behalf. Your next boat buyer when you sell some day will certainly appreciate it, but you also will be able to look up all of the complex systems to service and use them properly.
