Hi all I have a new to me 2660 and I find the baitwell does not fill with the current set up. I've attached some pic's ...essentially a thru hull pick-up with 90 degree elbow, ball cock, then the rule 800 pump housing that feeds the sureflo washdown pump and the baitwell out (1inch).....the flow just dribbles thru the supply to the baitwell.......i have replaced the pump head, verified the flow is strong without the 1 inch hose connected and ruled out a blockage in the 1 inch line. it seems the nozzle is about 16 inches above the pump outlet...Any thoughts?

When you say it doesnt fill, how full does it get?
Does it fill via the pick up? It should fill up to the overflow.
Is the valve inside the bait well fully open or possibly clogged?
Last but not least is the drain valve fully closed or closing all the way when the valve is closed thus allowing water to drain out?
I don't think mine is plumed that way or at least I think I have different pump but I could be wrong.

2 inches of water drop by drop. never gets to the overflow or even the nozzle.....ruled out a blockage in the 1 inch line by flushing with garden hose from the connection to the pump with the fill valve open. Drain valve closed

So water comes out of the fill valve ok with the hose?
Does it fill by just using the pick up? Turn the pump off and open pick up valve, the pick up should fill the live well while the boat is moving.
Curious, does your raw water wash down work ok?

So water comes out of the fill valve ok with the hose? Perfectly Does it fill by just using the pick up? No, thought this also, checked fill rate under power and at the dock...no difference....flow is terrible in both cases Curious, does your raw water wash down work ok? Fabulously

So even the raw water pick up doesn't fill it while under way? Ok that helps to narrow it down to not being a pump, voltage or fill valve problem.
I suspect you may some blockage at the pick up (marine growth) or the valve is not operating correctly.
Inspect your pick up fitting. If possible try to run something up the intake to see if you can clear it.
Eexercise the valve too, perhaps it may help if something is going on internally at the valve.
It may requires a valve replacement if the pick up inspection/cleaning doesn't work.

If I had to guess, I would say it is at the pickup with either some growth or blockage there.

ok, I thought that as well but that same pick up supplies the washdown and that flows plenty. When I take both the 1/2 inch and 1 inch hose off the plastic pump housing (i did not replace that white plastic housing, just the twist on rule pump), turn on the bait pump, and open seacock....water comes into bilge very fast......I am wondering if my setup is stock...does anyone have the same 90 degree elbow after the thru hull pickup? I still am not sure about that pump ....it comes in 500,800, 1100 gph sizes.....It had the 800 and I replaced with 800?

You did reach into your baitwell and loosen the nozzle where the water comes out correct? I know, silly question. Unless it’s not. I tighten mine down if I’m not using it or else anything thrown in there( lunch for instance) gets wet.

My set up appears to be the same... I'd check your through hull pick up for blockage/growth.
