I just finished reading about the boat accident in the keys that catapulted all 14 out of the boat and killing 1. I know we have quite a few south Floridians on this form that this happened in their front yard. I know the crew of this form and I know all of our hearts go out to all of the families and special thoughts and prayers for strength goes to the family of the young lady who lost her life.
Please don't speculate on what you think happened or what should have happened or what you don't know. This is not one of those posts. Just send strength and love for the families.
Don't just be safe out there. BE SAFER!

X2. Any boating accident is a tragedy, and when we engage in something for fun and it results in a loss of life or equipment it is poignantly sad. Prayers for all involved.

Its absolutely tragic. I go through that channel between Biscayne Bay and ocean side all time and its a winding path through channel markers, and if you are not paying attention, an accident like this could happen.

That is just awful, the ocean is a very dangerous place especially at night with low visibility. My heart breaks for that family, she had her whole life ahead of her.
