Can't imagine anyone would, at least in the lower Chesapeake Bay or ocean in the Mid-Atlantic. Houses getting swept out to sea on the Outer Banks. Not even any surfers in the water in Virginia Beach this morning. Yesterday they were out in large numbers to ride the swells put out by Fiona, but not today. Buoy reports:
Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel NNW 22.0kts 33.0kts Cape Henry NE 7.5 ft VERY_STEEP Offshore Waves N 10.8 ft VERY_STEEP

Probably head out later today but staying inside the GSB. Caught some nice big weakfish after work yesterday about 10 minutes from the house. It's a bit chilly and windy out today. With the north wind I can stay along the beach.

Heck I'm not heading out up here, winds are howling. I may putt around in the back creeks.

Not on the east coast of Florida. 5-7 ft with occasional 9ft. Nothing but overcast skies with occasional thunderstorms.
