sometimes when i get up on plan the boat leans to port I have tried trim tab and engine trim but can't seem to correct it anyone else have this issue ?

Prop torque. Trim tabs at a minimum should absolutely straighten the hull out, if not they aren't working.
My 218 (same boat) would list to port coming up on plane, trimming the engine up fixed it every time. That said boat would also lean into the wind/waves but trim tabs would level the boat out.
One other thing to check besides the operation of your trim tabs is the torque fin position above the prop, the trailing edge should be couple/few degrees to the right.

My 218 WAC does the same thing. Trim tabs will fix that for you. You will need to press the right tab down or the left tab up to level your boat.
