I could never find performance numbers so I ran my own. Sailfish 2660 Performance Numbers Twin Suzuki DF200AP Conditions * Temperature 80 * Wind 5 mph * Gallons of fuel-100 * Water tank-13 gallons * Persons-Three Common RPMs * 3500 * speed-24 * Mpg-2.6 * 4000 * speed-30 * Mpg-2. 5 * 4500 * speed-34.5 * Mpg-2.40 * 5000 * Speed-38.4 * Mpg-2.28 * 5500 * Speed-42.4 * Mpg-1.82 * WOT * RPM-6158 * speed-49 * mpg-doesn’t matter * Cruising * speed-27-28 * mpg- 2.5 Remind me, what make/model/pitch props are you spinning?

I was running Suzuki 3-blade 16x21.5 21 pitch? Wow. My brother in law loved the Rev 4s on his Zuke 175s on his McKee 24.

Finfever21 what length shafts are the F200's and what props are you using? I have the 2360 with F115's and 4 blades and thinking of repowering eventually and torn between the F150's or F200's. I went with the 4 blades on my F115's which elinminated the cavitation issues ay just about all RPMs. 25 inch shaft and powertech ptz 4 blade, I believe 15 inch.

I have twin F250s on my 2006 2660CC. It was ordered that way from the factory. The boat is a speed demon. Currently, I typically run at 45mph at 4500rpm, and get 1.9mpg. My WOT is at 5600 with my current props, which are 4-blade. I used to have 3-blade props, which were great for speed. With the 3-blade props I got WOT of 5900RPM and 63mph (25gallons of fuel with just my 10 year old son and me on the boat on a really flat day). With the 3-blade props I would get a lot of prop ventilation, especially in rough seas. The 4-blade work a lot better to my liking. With the F250s the stern of my boat does sit low in the water. My scuppers are typically at or below the water line. If I was going to repower, I would go with the Yamaha 200 with the integral steering. My friend just re-powered his son's scout with it, and the engine steering is awesome, the engine is super quiet, gets better mpg's than his old f200, and is lighter. Twin 200HP on a 2660 should be more than enough. What pitch 4-blade props are you running on your F250's? I currently have 23p 3-blades on my 2660, and have the same ventilation issue trying to get on plane when it's rough. Also only running mid to upper 3k's for RPMs when it is bumpy out and feels like I'm dogging the motors a bit. Easy for the stern to sag down/lose plane in that range too. Seems like 4-blades will help in all those categories. I usually run heavy for fishing/diving, and have enough self control to not redline the motors just because it is calm out with a light load. I'm thinking 21p or 20p 4-blades, but would love some real-life feedback from someone with the same hull/motors.

My 4-blade props are 21P. I have been considering trying 19P or 20P to see how the RPM and gas mileage change. If I find a decent used set I will buy them and try them out.

Thanks reelkul, appreciate the insight! I've seen a couple pairs of 19p 4-blades for sale on THT recently, but have been holding out for 20 or 21 based on presumed prop pitch needed.

I have a 2860 with F250s so a little longer hull, but I really like 22p Bravos on my F250s. Lots of stern lift with very little hit on top speed or mileage.
The 22 bravo's run short on pitch, so they actually rev a little higher than my stock 21p SWSIIs.

Not a 2660 but I'm running twin 200 i4s on my 2360 and love these engines. Cruise is about 32 offshore load getting 2.5 to 2.6 mpg, top end around mid 50s. knots or MPH?
