I believe the console on my 2012 218CC has come loose from the hull. Looked all inside it but can’t find how it attaches. Then reading some threads on here it appears that it is just adhesive that bonds it. Does anyone know which adhesive or and alternative I can use to reattach it? I plan to unscrew the T-Top from the floor and lift up the console just enough to get a new adhesive under it and set it back down next week.

Probably Plexus. I'd think 5200 would serve you well here too.
I recall on the old forum someone redoing their console, but it was mechanically fastened with lag screws but i also think this was on a 26. I also recall the member reattaching and through bolting it with those toggle through bolts and 5200.
I'd be interested to see pics of this job and read details of your efforts.
You may find that the adhesive if it is Plexus is going to be a bitch pull apart. You may want to call Sailfish for some pointers on how to best remove.

I’m not sure how much of it has slipped but I just noticed it last fall running fast in rough chop. Could feel it moving when my feet are resting on the foot rest. I guess it’s not a serious issue as the T-Top really holds it down in its seat but I might try and see if I can fix it next week. Before I head down to the coast .

Ok, I spoke to a sailfish mechanic and you need to use 3M 4200 to reattach the console to the deck. 5200 would be permanent and would cause damage if you ever needed to remove it later. I’ll update next week when I begin to fix this
