Care to describe your issue more? Is it visibly loose, does the top have a vibration or knocking sound when you hit waves, or what?

The feet are well secure to the deck but the legs and the top shake pretty good in the smallest chop and worse especially over 30 mph

Can't say I have that issue with my dual console top, it seems rock steady all the time. I'll let others weigh in, maybe the CCs are a bit more loosely pinned. I'd also look into WHY yours is moving. Is there a weak or spongy deck holding things up? Cracks in the piping or loose hardware between supports and top and/or deck?

Sorry you are having this issue. My 2012 2380CC is rock solid. I've been on other people's boats (Release, Sea Pro etc.) and am amazed on how cheaped out they are in terms of the t-top construction.

Is this something that has developed 'after' you bought the boat? Was it not shaking when you sea trialed the boat before you bought it??? What does your dealer have to say? Have you contacted Sailfish directly?
Some movement/flex is normal, but a lot of shaking/rattling is not IMO. You're in a new model with a newly designed T-top so most of the experiences here won't be applicable to your situation. If there is a design issue with the ttop such that it is moving a lot, hopefully SF comes up with a cure.
Take some video and post it here, send it to SF etc.

Mine does flex. 2 cracks developed, but i'm pretty sure it was caused by towing the boat to FL keys from NJ and back @ 65 MPH. I called Sailfish and had them send me a piece matching aluminum stock and touch up paint. Cut and welded 2 45's in and has been fine since.

The dealer and Sailfish have been fantastic. Sailfish has asked for the boat to be returned to the factory for them to handle. I have had two other Sailfish boats in the last four years and both were rock solid.
