I'm not a frequent user but I enjoy a stogie and a drink now and then.

I'll enjoy the drink with you but am a strict non-smoker, foreign or domestic. But if you enjoy...stay downwind and we're all good ;-)

It's a love hate relationship with my wife. She likes the smell when I smoke outside but hates when I breath on her when we are in bed. Lol. I hate the lingering smoke taste/smell too, still tastes it this morning, but the cost of admission is worth the price.

Yea the lingering smell would get to me. I have a very sensitive nose...as a kid I could always tell when the milk was starting to go bad a day or two before anyone else...and I also enjoy the aroma notes in wine and fine scotch and bourbon and I think the cigar smoke would ruin that for me.
Funny thing is both my parents smoked when I was growing up, as did most adults it seems, and I hated it then too.

My dad was a military man and he used to smoke cigarettes when I was a kid, heck everyone in the military seemed to smoke then - Vietnam era. I hate cigarettes but have come like and enjoy a cigar when the conditions are right, with a cold beer, rum or brandy.

Now this is what I'm talking about...charcuterie and a nice cabernet franc this evening. No smoke required, there is enough flavor and good smells here to keep you going for hours. Nicest cheese was truffle infused Moliterno al Tartufo and was absolutely wonderful.

It WAS kinda bougie, but we finally used a gift certificate dating back to Christmas that our daughter got us. But don't think I don't also enjoy bourbon and burgers, medium rare with a bit of mesquite smoke on them (instead of the cigar)! It was a fun day off the boat due to iffy weather as I also got to Bass Pro to pick up some gear and a case of ammo.

I used to smoke cigars. I had to quit because it was becoming much too frequent. I was a big fan of maduro wrappers. I loved a nice Liga Privada No. 9 and the Black Works Studio stuff. For naturals, I liked the Padron 1964. It would be great if I could have one or two a year.

I smoke one from time to time. I used to smoke them pretty often but have slowed down.
